If you are looking for Sonam Properties, we are at 117/81 in the Thadi Market area of Mansarovar. We are specifically located near the Agarwal Farm part of the neighborhood. It’s a very active market area, so there is always noise and people moving about. Our little office is right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of property matters, mostly around Mansarovar. The Thadi Market has its own vibe, and we’ve become a part of it over time. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is more of a place where you can just walk in and ask about what’s available in the local area. We keep our listings on some old boards and in a few folders. It might look a bit messy to some, but we know where everything is. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we have a fan that does its best. We talk to a lot of farmers and shop owners who are looking to move or expand. It is interesting work because you never know who is going to walk through the door next.
