Sms Hospital

If you are looking for the Eye Department, we are on the first floor of Sms Hospital. The hospital itself is a landmark on Tonk Road, so it’s not hard to find the building. Once you get inside the main entrance, you just have to find the stairs or the lift to get up to us. The first floor can get pretty crowded, especially in the mornings when the sun hits the windows. We’ve been working in this department for a while now. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different rooms. The hallway is lined with chairs for people waiting for their turns. Tonk Road is always buzzing with cars and buses, and you can hear the faint sound of horns even up here. We don't have any of those fancy coffee shops or modern lounges you see in the private hospitals. It’s a busy place with a lot of people moving around. Sometimes the floors get a bit slippery after they’ve been mopped, so we tell everyone to watch their step. The lighting is that standard bright tube light style. We keep our equipment clean and ready, even if the building itself looks a bit aged. It’s just a regular part of a big hospital where we spend our days looking at charts and talking to patients. It’s not glamorous, but it’s where we are every day on Tonk Road, just getting through the shift.
