Smita Associates

Smita Associates is located right off the Durgapura Gopalpura Bypass. It is a busy spot with lots of cars and trucks going by all day long. We have been set up in this location for some time now. Most people find us because they are driving through the bypass area and happen to see our name on the building. It isn't a huge office, just a practical space where we get our daily work done. Durgapura is a good place to be because it connects so many different parts of the city. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and catching up on the latest property news around this neighborhood. The bypass can get quite noisy, but you honestly get used to the sound after a week or two. We handle various tasks related to real estate and general consulting, nothing too complicated. If you are looking for us, just head towards Gopalpura and look for the turn-off. We do not have a big marketing team or a fancy website to show off. It is just us in the office making phone calls and checking on local listings for folks. We have met a lot of neighbors over the years just by being in this specific location. The traffic out front is constant, but it keeps the energy up. We like being part of the local scene here in Durgapura. It is an honest way to make a living.
