Skema International Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is located in the Riico Industrial Area in Sitapura. Skema International Pvt. Ltd. operates out of G-22 in the Epip section. It’s a pretty dusty area sometimes because of all the factories around us, but that’s just how industrial zones are. We have a decent sized space here. Most of our time is spent managing the production and checking the quality of what goes out. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background. It is not quiet, but we are used to it. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Getting to Sitapura can be a bit of a drive depending on where you live, but it's where the work happens. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, some filing cabinets, and the workspace in the back. We try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy during the busy weeks. We mostly handle international stuff, which means lots of emails at odd hours because of the time differences. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a batch. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know how each other works. It is a simple operation. No big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just regular people trying to do a good job. We like the routine of it all.
