You’ll find Surya International at J-492 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. While it sounds like a big name, we are actually a fairly small operation. Most of our time is spent on manufacturing and getting goods ready for transport. The unit we have is just a basic industrial setup with high ceilings and a concrete floor. Coordinating with suppliers and making sure our production line stays moving takes up most of the day. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or the transport trucks are delayed. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or office furniture because the materials are more important. Our small team of about ten people knows exactly what needs to be done. We don't follow a strict corporate hierarchy here, so everyone helps out with whatever is needed. Whether it's packing boxes or cleaning up the floor at the end of the shift, we all pitch in. We’ve been in Sitapura for several years now and have seen many businesses come and go. Staying consistent and doing what we promised is how we handle our work. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every morning and putting in the hours. Sometimes we have a quiet week, and other times it’s total chaos, but we just take it as it comes. It's an honest living and it keeps us busy every single day regardless of the challenges we might run into.
