Suntech Industries

We are located at G-845 in Phase-3 of the Sitapura Industrial Area. It is a bit of a drive to get out here from the city center, but this is where the manufacturing happens. We have several machines running for most of the day. They make a constant humming noise that you eventually stop noticing after working here for a while. The floor is made of hard concrete and we try to keep it swept of metal shavings. We’ve been in this part of Phase-3 for quite a few years. Our neighbors are other industrial shops making all sorts of different things. We see the same security guards every morning at the main gate. We don't have any kind of corporate culture or fancy meetings. We are just a small group of people making things. We have a tiny break area with an electric kettle for tea. The office is just a corner of the main hall that we partitioned off with some boards. It gets a bit dusty because of the production work, but that is just how a factory is. We spend our days looking at drawings and checking the parts as they come off the machines. Sometimes a motor breaks down and we have to spend hours getting it to run again. It is oily work and our clothes usually get stained. We just focus on getting the parts made right and meeting our deadlines.
