At Shree Shyam Polymers P. Ltd., our work happens at G1-98 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. We have been working with plastics and polymers for a long time now, and the factory floor is where most of our life happens. It’s a loud place with the grinders and the extruders running, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise. We aren't a big company with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group that knows the machines inside out. Sometimes the plastic smells a bit strong when the heaters are warming up in the morning, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We get a lot of trucks coming in with raw materials and others leaving with finished goods, so the driveway stays pretty busy. Our office is just a basic space where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls. We don't bother with fancy decor because we are usually too busy on the floor to sit in there anyway. The winters here are nice, but the summers can be really rough with the heat from the machines adding to the sun. We drink a lot of water and just keep moving. Most of the people around here know us as the place that does polymers without any fuss. We don't make big promises or use fancy words; we just produce what is ordered and try to keep things where they should be for our clients.
