Shivam Products Pvt. Ltd. is located at G-332-333 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. Having those two plots gives us enough room for our production lines and some storage for the finished goods. It’s a typical factory setup where the work starts early and doesn't really stop until the sun goes down. We manufacture a range of products, and there is always something that needs fixing or an order that needs to be rushed out. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you usually just walk in and find someone on the floor who can help you. The noise from the surrounding factories is always there, but it’s just the sound of Sitapura. We’ve had the same workers for a long time, and we all know the routine well. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we all just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It’s those little moments that make the day go by. We don't do much in the way of marketing because we prefer to spend our time making sure the machines are in good shape. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the details, but it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job with the products we make. The building isn't brand new and there are some cracks in the pavement, but it works for us.
