Pacific Seeds India Pvt. Ltd. is based at J-57-58 in Sitapura Industrial Area. We use these two units to handle our seed processing and storage. It is a bit different from the metal shops around here. We have to keep things a bit cleaner because of the nature of what we handle. There are bags of seeds stacked up everywhere. The air smells a bit earthy inside the warehouse. We spend a lot of time checking the quality and making sure the packaging is sealed right. It is a lot of repetitive work but it needs to be done carefully every day. Our staff knows the different varieties we keep in stock. We get deliveries coming in from farms and then we sort everything out. It is not a high-tech office; it is just a working warehouse. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the registers and papers. Most days are spent on our feet moving between the stacks. Sometimes the weather affects how busy we are. If it is planting season, things get very fast-paced around here. We try to stay on top of the orders so the farmers are not waiting. The address J-57-58 has been our home for a long time. It is a practical spot for us to operate from. We just focus on the seeds and getting the bags loaded onto the trucks for delivery. That is basically what we do here most days.
