Our office is located at G1-807 in the Riico part of Sitapura Industrial Area. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always a lot of dust and trucks rumbling by outside. We focus on consumer care products, which means our storage area is usually full of boxes and packing materials. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the hum of the nearby factories. We have a small team here who handles everything from taking orders to making sure the shipments get loaded correctly. We don’t have any fancy lounge areas or high-tech coffee machines, just a basic kitchen and some sturdy desks. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure things are moving where they need to go. The Sitapura area is huge, so it took us a while to get the hang of the local layout when we first moved in. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just want to get through the workweek and make sure the bills are paid and the customers get their stuff. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, really. Sometimes we have to move stuff ourselves if the loaders are busy elsewhere. It is just the way we do things here.
