Jain Plastic Industries

We are based at H-277 in Phase-1 of the Sitapura Industrial Area. It’s a fairly standard manufacturing unit. We have the plastic molding machines running most of the day. It’s noisy and smells like melting plastic, which is just how a plastic shop is. We’ve got bags of raw granules piled up near the entrance and finished crates waiting in the back. I spend most of my time walking between the machines to make sure everything is coming out right. Sometimes the molds get stuck or the temperature isn't quite right, so we have to stop and fix things. It’s just part of the daily grind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep our regular customers happy with their parts. The floor is always a bit slippery with oil or stray pellets, so we have to be careful. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together in the small room off to the side. It's a basic setup at H-277, nothing fancy to look at. The walls have some cracks and the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but the machines stay dry. We just focus on the production and getting the deliveries out to the local shops and factories that buy from us consistently throughout the month. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
