We are located over at J-414 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. Compared to the other blocks, it’s a fairly quiet spot, which suits us fine. This business started because we wanted to do something on our own instead of working for someone else. Our unit is just a plain building with the name on the side, nothing special to look at. We handle various production tasks depending on what the current market needs from us. Since most of our workers live nearby, they usually walk or bike to the shop every morning. We don't have a fancy website or a salesperson on staff. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work, and that feels more honest anyway. If we do a good job for one person, they tell their friends. The machines are getting a bit old, but we maintain them ourselves to keep everything running smoothly. Jaipur summers can be really tough in a metal shed, so we start extra early and take a long break in the afternoon. It’s a practical way to manage the heat. We don't have a mission statement or any formal goals. We just try to make things that people want to buy. If there’s a mistake, we own up to it and try to get it right the next time. It’s a simple life and a simple business that we're glad to keep going despite any small setbacks we face along the way.
