The office here in Sonepat is at 11-A Sujan Singh Park, right in Model Town. It’s a pretty decent spot, fairly quiet compared to some of our other locations. We handle a lot of the local project coordination from here. The rooms are filled with the usual stuff you’d expect in a construction office—blueprints, safety helmets, and old computers that hum a bit too loudly. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the address. Most of the people who come by are vendors or site supervisors coming in to drop off paperwork. The summers in Haryana can be brutal, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the cooling are working. We aren't big on formalities. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone arguing over a delivery schedule or checking the inventory of parts. We’ve got a small kitchen area where someone is almost always making a pot of tea. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go for the corporate look because it wouldn't fit the work we do. We’re mostly dealing with the gritty details of building stuff, and that usually means getting a bit of dust on everything. Sonepat has been growing fast, so there’s always something new happening down the road. We just try to keep up with the pace and make sure our projects stay on track. It’s a steady kind of life here in Model Town.
