Our spot in Kota is over in Waqf Nagar, specifically 221-B in the Dadabari area. It’s a decent place to work, even if the Rajasthan heat is no joke for most of the year. Here at Simplex Infrastructures Limited, we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a busy part of town. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the sound of the air coolers humming in the background. We have a lot of stuff piled up, like old site boots and rolls of paper that have been sitting there for months. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We know the local guys who work the nearby shops, and we usually end up talking about the weather or the traffic more than anything else. Work can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we try to keep things calm. There’s no corporate talk here; we just say what needs to be said and get back to it. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is at a turning point, but that’s just part of the life. We like being in Dadabari because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. It’s not some isolated industrial zone. It’s just a normal place where we do our bit for the infrastructure world.
