Simplex Infrastructure

Our main base is in Kanpur, specifically at C-225 Awas Vikas, Hanspuram Naubasta. We are Simplex Infrastructure. Kanpur is a very busy, industrial city, and our neighborhood has that same energy. It’s a typical Awas Vikas area. Our office is actually a house that we’ve turned into a place to work. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more personal and less stiff than a corporate building. We have a small kitchen where we make tea throughout the day and a few rooms that we use for different tasks. It’s not a fancy place, but it works well for what we need. We handle various infrastructure jobs all around the city. The traffic in Naubasta can be quite a challenge, so we have to be careful about when we head out to the sites. We don't have any marketing people or a big budget for ads. We just focus on our daily work. Most of the people on our team have lived in Kanpur their whole lives. We talk to each other in a very plain way. There is no need for any of that corporate talk here. We just keep an eye on the schedules and make sure everything is where it should be. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we are used to. Even when things get stressful, we manage to keep everything moving along at a steady pace.
