Siddiqui Estate Agency

Siddiqui Estate Agency is based in Shop No 21, which is in the A Wing of Block A in Mansarovar. We are quite close to Manak Tower, so that is usually how people find their way to us. The shop is one of those typical local spots where the door is usually open and you can see what is going on inside. It is not a huge place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend our time looking at property papers, talking to folks about rentals, and keeping track of who is moving in or out of Mansarovar. This area has its own rhythm and we have been part of it for a bit now. There is always some activity near Manak Tower, which keeps things interesting. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is just about helping people find a roof or a place for their shop. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where most of the talk happens before we head back to the office to sign anything. It is a very hands-on job, walking around the wing and checking on different units. We are just a local agency trying to keep things running for the people who come to us. No big corporate vibes here, just a regular shop where we do our daily work.
