Shrinath Property

We are tucked away in Ram Nagar Extn, specifically in the Brij Vatika area. It’s a bit of a newer spot compared to some other parts of town. We handle property stuff here, which basically means we spend our days talking to people who want to buy or sell land and houses. Our office at Brij Vatika is pretty simple. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or calling us because they saw our name somewhere. We know the Ram Nagar area like the back of our hands. We’ve seen which plots are good and which ones might have issues with the soil or the water. It’s a lot of footwork, really. We spend more time outside the office than inside it, checking on boundaries and talking to the local workers. When we are in the office, we’re usually trying to sort through the latest listings or fixing the printer. It’s a bit disorganized sometimes, but we always find what we need eventually. We don't try to act like we are some huge company. We are just local folks who know about property. We like the quiet vibe of this neighborhood. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we try to treat everyone who comes in with a bit of respect and just tell them the truth about what we have.
