You can find us at 31 Murlipura in Pravashi Nagar. It’s a regular residential kind of spot, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. Running Shrinath Properties isn't about having a shiny office with glass walls. We just have a simple setup where we sit and talk to people about houses and plots. Murlipura is a nice area, and we spend a lot of our time walking through the different lanes to see what’s for sale. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just waiting for a phone call to go through or for someone to show up for a meeting. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We try to be honest about the properties we show. If a place has a leaky roof or the road gets flooded in the rain, we usually just say so. There is no point in hiding things. We have a lot of maps of Pravashi Nagar pinned to the walls because it helps us explain things to people who aren't from around here. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a fan that keeps things okay. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to help people find a place that fits what they are looking for without making a big fuss about it.
