Shri Siddhi Vinayak Properties & Tolet Services is over at G 26 in Vidhyadhar Nagar. We are right in the Central Spine area inside Ganpati Enclave. It is a busy part of town, so there are always people moving around. We deal with a lot of rentals, which people here call tolet services. The office is tucked away in the enclave, and it’s a modest setup. We have a lot of keys and a lot of lists. Dealing with tenants and landlords takes up most of the morning. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes when people don’t agree on things, but that is just how the business is. We’ve been in Vidhyadhar Nagar long enough to know which buildings are good and which ones have issues with the plumbing or the sun. We don’t use any special software to match people; we just remember who is looking for what. The Central Spine is a good location because everyone passes through here eventually. Our walls are a bit bare, and the air conditioning is a little loud, but it gets the job done. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you need a place to stay or have a shop to rent out, you just find us in Ganpati Enclave. We are usually there from ten until the evening, unless we are out showing a property to someone who called.
