We are set up on Tonk Road, specifically at the Gopalpura Mod area in Himmat Nagar 3. It is a very busy intersection, and anyone who drives through this part of Jaipur knows exactly how the traffic can get. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not a huge place, just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for property around this side of the city. We have been at this Himmat Nagar location for a while now. The noise of the buses and bikes on Tonk Road is something we have just become part of. We usually start our day pretty early before the heat gets too bad. The office has a very plain look with basic furniture and a few photos of local landmarks on the walls. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When you walk in, you just talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We handle things as they come, whether it's a small rental or something bigger. Being at Gopalpura Mod means we are centrally located, which is helpful for people coming from different parts of the city. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us just by seeing the board while they are stuck in traffic or walking to the nearby shops. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of office for us, doing what needs to be done.
