You can find us at B-44 in Vaishali Nagar, right in the Chitrakoot Stadium Market. It’s a great location because the stadium is right there, and you can always hear the sound of people exercising or kids playing cricket in the evenings. The market itself is usually buzzing, especially during the morning hours when people are out getting their supplies. Our office is quite small and simple. We have a couple of wooden chairs and a big table where we spread out our maps and documents. It’s the kind of place where the door is usually open, and we just wave to the regulars walking past. We’ve been in Vaishali Nagar for quite some time now, so we’ve watched the market grow and change. There’s a certain rhythm to working here that we really enjoy. We don't use any fancy software or big screens, just a lot of pens and paper to keep track of the local properties. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the wind blowing off the stadium grounds, so we spend a bit of time every morning just tidying up. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency in town. We just want to stay here in the market and help the people who come to us with their house or land questions. It’s a very local way of doing business, and it suits us just fine. Most days are pretty straightforward and that's how we like it.
