Shri Om Properties

You can find us on Tonk Road in Man Singh Pura, right near Hari Marg. It’s a part of Jaipur that stays pretty active all day long. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now, running Shri Om Properties. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that; it’s just a place where we can meet people and talk about houses. Tonk Road is always humming with cars and people, so there’s never a dull moment looking out the window. We spend our time checking out plots and helping folks figure out their property issues. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to different owners. We don't use those high-pressure sales tactics because that’s just not how we like to do things. We’d rather just sit down, have some water, and talk about what’s actually available. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the office, and other days we are out until dark. It’s a practical business for us. We know the Man Singh Pura area really well, so we can usually tell you what’s worth looking at and what isn't. We don’t try to make things sound better than they are. We just provide the information we have and let people make up their own minds. It’s a decent way to earn a living and help the community. That's about it for us.
