Our place is located right on Sanganer Airport Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road, as you can imagine, with all the traffic going to and from the airport. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen how much this area has developed. It used to be much quieter, but now there is something new popping up every week. We work out of a simple office where we handle different kinds of property transactions. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have tea, we talk about the local news, and we look at property listings. Most people who come to us are looking for something specific in the Sanganer area or along the main road. We know the prices and the owners around here quite well. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing teams. Our work usually comes from people telling their friends about us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just make sure the deals are fair and that the paperwork is handled properly so there aren't any surprises later on. The noise from the planes is just part of our daily life now. We don't even notice it anymore while we are looking over land documents. It’s a straightforward job, and we like being the local experts for this part of the city. We just take things one day at a time here.
