Shri Jain Property is located at 23, Bajaj Nagar Jda Shopping Ctr. Being in a shopping center means we get a lot of foot traffic and people just dropping by to ask about prices while they are out doing their groceries. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the office has a bit of that lived-in feel. There are stacks of files on the shelves and a few old calendars on the walls. We don't go in for fancy decorations. Our focus is just on the properties in and around Bajaj Nagar. We know which houses have been sitting empty and which ones are about to come on the market. It’s about having good ears and talking to the right people. We handle sales of plots, houses, and some shop spaces in the center too. The Jda Shopping Ctr is a bit of a landmark, so it makes it easy for clients to find us. We don't do much advertising; usually, someone just sees our sign and walks in. We spend a lot of time explaining the local rules and taxes to buyers because that stuff can be confusing. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like helping families find a place where they can settle down. We keep our hours pretty regular, though sometimes we meet people early in the morning before the shops really get going and the crowd starts to build up for the day.
