My name is Govind, and I run Shri Govind Properties over here on Pratap Nagar Kumbha Marg. If you know the Tonk Road area, you know it gets pretty busy with traffic and people moving around for work. We set up this shop because we saw so many people struggling to find a decent place to rent or buy without getting confused by all the different stories. Our office is a straightforward space where we keep all our files and maps of the local area. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just me and a couple of helpers who know the streets around Kumbha Marg like the back of our hands. We spend our days answering calls and driving out to show houses. Some days are slow, and we just sit and organize our notebooks, while other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. People around here know us as the guys who tell it like it is. If a roof is leaking or the water supply is bad, we tell the buyer before they get too far into it. It’s better to have a happy neighbor than a quick sale that ends in an argument. We handle a lot of residential stuff and some commercial spots along Tonk Road too. Life is busy, but we like being right in the middle of everything happening in Pratap Nagar.
