Shri Gopal Properties

We’ve been sitting here at 17227 Malviya Nagar for a good few years now. It started as a small desk and a phone, mostly just helping neighbors find a place to stay or sell off their old plots when they moved away. Shri Gopal Properties isn't some big fancy office with glass walls; it’s just us doing the daily work. People walk in all the time, sometimes just for a cup of tea and to ask what the prices are doing lately in this part of town. We spend a lot of our mornings going through local listings and checking out buildings to see if they are actually in good shape. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people on the street. Malviya Nagar has changed quite a bit since we opened, with more shops and cars everywhere now. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs a house, we show them what is available without making a big fuss about it. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything is filled out right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a place where you can get a straight answer about a house or a piece of land. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we are always here from morning till late evening to help out whoever needs it.
