Shri Ganpati Property

Shri Ganpati Property is right in the Tilak Nagar Shopping Centre, at shop number 14. We are directly opposite LBS College, so there are always students and young people walking past our window. It makes the whole area feel very energetic and loud. Our office is a basic one, with a plain floor and some simple furniture. We have been in this shopping centre for a long time and we know the other shopkeepers well. Sometimes the noise from the college events carries over, but we do not really mind it. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with every day, mostly related to shops and flats around Tilak Nagar. People often come in because they saw our board while they were out shopping for clothes or groceries. We do not use any complicated systems to run things here. It is all about personal talk and remembering who is looking for what. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a small break. It is a very normal, local way of doing business. We are happy with our spot across from the college and the steady stream of people it brings by our door every afternoon.
