Shri Bhagwati Properties

We are Shri Bhagwati Properties, and our office is located in the Murlipura Scheme. You can find us right opposite the Sbbj bank building. It’s a good spot because the bank is a place everyone goes to, so it’s easy to spot our sign from across the street. We have been operating in Murlipura for quite a while now. The scheme has a lot of houses and some shops, and we try to keep a record of what's available for rent or sale. It’s just a small, local operation. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open up the office in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s a neighbor looking to move to a bigger house, and other times it’s someone new to the city. We know the Murlipura area very well, every block and corner. We just talk to people and help them find a place that fits their budget. It’s not always easy, but we do our best to be fair and honest. The office is a simple place to sit and chat about the local property market. We aren't a big company, just a few people trying to make a living by helping others settle down in this part of town. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we like being right here in the mix.
