Shri Anuradha Properties

You can find us over at 11 Mahesh Nagar, which is inside Pushpanjali Colony. Shri Anuradha Properties is basically a local operation run out of this spot. It is a bit quieter back here than if we were on a main highway, which is nice because it lets us actually talk to people without shouting over truck engines. Pushpanjali Colony is a nice place, and we have gotten to know many of the families living around Mahesh Nagar over the years. We started this because we realized people needed someone local they could just talk to about property without all the corporate headaches. Our office at number 11 is pretty simple. We have our files, some chairs, and usually a pot of tea going. We spend our days looking into different local listings and helping folks who want to move into the colony or maybe sell their old place. It is not a fast-paced environment, but we prefer it that way. We like taking the time to listen to what someone actually wants. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything, so we rely on being honest and doing a decent job so people tell their cousins about us. That is how most of our business comes in anyway. It is just a regular local shop where we try to keep things easy and helpful for our neighbors.
