We are over at C-10 in the Industrial Estate at Bais Godam. It’s an old industrial area and we have been here for quite some time now. Dealing with wires and cables is what we do every day. It’s dusty work and the machines make a lot of noise, but it’s what we know. My father actually started things years ago and now we just keep it going the best we can. We have a few guys who have worked on these same machines for over a decade. They know how to fix them when they break down, which happens more than I’d like to admit. Bais Godam is a busy place, always trucks moving in and out and people shouting across the loading docks. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor checking the spools. It’s honest work. Sometimes we struggle with the heat in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the orders. We don't do much talking about things like "business philosophy." We just make sure the wire is what it says it is and that it gets loaded on the truck on time. It’s a straightforward life here at the factory and we like the routine of it all. Most days go by pretty fast when you have enough work to keep your hands busy.
