Shree Timbers

Shree Timbers is right there at E-7 in Transport Nagar, just off the Agra Road. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic because of all the trucks moving through this part of town. We have a lot of space for the wood, but it still feels full most of the time. You can see the stacks of timber from the road, piled up high and waiting to be moved. The air here is thick with the scent of pine and cedar, depending on what we have in that week. We don't really have a front office, just a small cabin where we sit and handle the paperwork. The trucks pull in and out all day, and the sound of the engines is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard, checking the quality of the logs and making sure they are stacked properly so they don't fall. It’s a bit of a rough place, with mud on the ground when it rains and plenty of dust when it’s dry. We don’t do any fancy marketing or have a website that looks polished. People around here just know where to find us when they need timber for their projects. It’s an honest way to make a living, and the work keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the highway. We just get on with it.
