You can find us at A-1 in Mahesh Nagar, which is part of the Agrasen Nagar area right off 80 Feet Road. This part of town has changed a lot lately with more people moving in, but our little office stays pretty much the same. We have a desk near the front and a few extra chairs for when people stop by to chat about the local market. Being on 80 Feet Road means there is always something going on outside our window. It’s a loud, lively place to work. We spend our mornings going through the new listings and making sure the keys for the different properties are all organized. It sounds simple, but when you have dozens of keys for different apartments in Mahesh Nagar, it can get confusing. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. It is mostly just us in our regular clothes, dealing with folks who need a place to stay or are looking to move their business. We know the landlords around here and we know which buildings are well-maintained. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the summer, so we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. We have been around long enough that we don't need to do much advertising. People just know where the A-1 unit is. We just keep our books updated and try to answer the phone whenever it rings.
