Shree Ji Properties

If you've ever walked down Pratap Nagar Main Road, you might have noticed our place at 111/134. We go by Shree Ji Properties. It’s not a huge operation, just a local office where we handle property matters for the neighborhood. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing through every day. Some just pop in to ask about prices, and others are seriously looking to move. We’ve been at this for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it's where we get all the work done, from sorting out papers to meeting with landlords. Pratap Nagar is a decent place to work, though the traffic on the main road can get pretty loud sometimes. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or complicated systems. It’s mostly just notebooks and talking to people face to face. Dealing with houses and land can be tricky, so we try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit messy at the end of a long day. We know the local market pretty well because we’re here every single day. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes. There’s always someone looking for something specific, and we do what we can to help them find it. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a client who's stuck in traffic. It’s just the nature of working on a busy road like this one.
