Our office is situated at 61 MIG, Jawahar Nagar in Khargone. Being in Madhya Pradesh, the weather gets quite intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool. It’s a middle-income group housing area, so it’s fairly quiet during the work hours. We occupy a small unit that has just enough space for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of the local logistics from here. It’s mostly phone calls and filling out forms all day long. We have a small porch where we keep some of the gear and where the delivery guys wait. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and low-key. There’s no big corporate logo on the front, just a small plate with the name. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the boxes of files, but we know where everything is. We take turns going out to get snacks from the local market nearby. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We don’t have a fancy cooling system, just a couple of wall fans that work hard. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We just focus on getting the daily list finished before the sun goes down. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town, and that suits us just fine.
