Shratan Motor Driving School

Our place is at Number 27 in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. We are right near the Rangoli Garden, so it is pretty easy to spot us if you are in the area. Jaipur has its own way of driving, and if you can drive here, you can probably drive anywhere. We started this school to help people get comfortable behind the wheel. We have a few cars that have seen a lot of learners over the years. You can tell which ones are the training cars because of the extra set of pedals we have on the passenger side. It is a necessary thing when someone forgets which one is the brake. We spend our days going around the streets of Vaishali Nagar, teaching people how to navigate the turns and the roundabouts. The sun in Rajasthan can be really bright, so we are always wearing sunglasses and trying to find some shade when we park. Our office is a simple room where we sit and talk to people about their schedules and the RTO requirements. There is no big corporate feel here; it is just us helping our neighbors learn a new skill. We see a lot of nervous smiles and a lot of stalled engines, but eventually, most people get the hang of it. It is just what we do every day from morning until the sun goes down. We have been part of this Jaipur neighborhood for a long time now.
