Our office is in Aman Plaza on Chitrakoot Marg, right in the middle of Vaishali Nagar. It’s a good location, being so close to the Sbbj Bank. That makes it easy for people to find us when they are out running errands. We've been working in this particular neighborhood for a long time. Vaishali is always busy, and there is always something new happening with the houses and shops here. We handle a bit of everything, from small commercial spots to residential flats. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It's just a few of us here every day, taking calls and meeting people who want to move into the area. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or checking out new listings that just popped up nearby. We like being in Aman Plaza because it’s central to everything we do. People often stop in after they finish their banking next door just to chat. We keep it simple. We show people what’s actually available, tell them the price without any games, and go from there. There’s no pressure or complicated talk used here. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. If someone asks about a specific block in Chitrakoot, we usually know the history of it. It’s a local business, run by people who spend their time on these streets. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town.
