Shivdarsan Realtors Private Limited is based out of Vila No 94 at Auric Vila in Jaisinghpurabhankrota. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a villa instead of a big office block. It makes things feel a little more like home, I guess. We have our computers set up and there is always someone coming in or out with folders. Jaisinghpurabhankrota is where we are most of the time. The morning starts with opening up the place and checking the messages. We do real estate work, which involves a lot of looking at maps and talking to people about where they want to live. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. The villa is nice enough, and having some space around us is good for thinking. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us here at Vila No 94. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or complicated rules. We just try to help folks find what they are looking for in the area. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of milk for the coffee, but we manage. It’s a practical way to run a business.
