You can find our office over on Bhagwan Das Road, specifically on the second floor of HSB House at Plot No. 24-C. It is situated in the C Scheme area, which is a decent place to work, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We focus mostly on houses that are priced for regular people who do not want to spend a fortune. That is really the main reason we are here. Most people who come to see us are looking for something that fits into a tight budget. We have a very small team, just enough people to keep the daily tasks moving along. The stairs leading up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, but once you get inside, it is just a normal, functional office. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving out to different building sites to see how the construction is progressing. It is not a very glamorous job at all. There is usually a lot of dust and noise when we go to visit the projects. We try to be very clear with everyone who visits us about the prices and the timelines. We do not like hidden surprises, so we just tell people the truth about what we know. Sometimes the construction deadlines move around, which can be annoying for everyone, but that is just how the industry works. We stay busy with the paperwork and the site visits.
