Shiva Properties

Shiva Properties is based at 3/767 in Malviya Nagar. We are right near the Shiv Kirana Store, which is where we usually get our daily supplies. Having the store nearby is handy for when we need a quick snack or some tea leaves. Our office is a simple room where we handle all the property business for this part of town. We’ve been in Malviya Nagar for years and know most of the people on this street. The work involves a lot of talking to landlords and showing houses to families. We don't use big billboards or anything; people usually just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The office has a couple of old desks and some sturdy chairs. We spend a lot of time looking at property papers and making sure all the signatures are in the right places. It’s a quiet kind of life most days, though it picks up at the end of the month. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. Sometimes we just sit outside the office for a bit to catch the breeze. The address 3/767 is easy to spot once you find the kirana store. We keep a regular schedule, opening up around the same time every morning. It's just a few of us here, and we prefer to keep things low-key and practical. We often have tea with the local shopkeepers.
