We are located at C-2/A, Ganesh Kunj in the Bani Park neighborhood. Most folks find us by looking for the Tambi Petrol Pump, as we are located right near it. Bani Park is a nice, established part of town, and we have been working in this area for quite a long time. Our office is a simple, no-frills place where we manage the property listings for the surrounding streets. We help people find houses to rent or small pieces of land where they can build something of their own. It is a slow and steady process most of the time. We do not like to rush anyone into making a big decision like buying a home before they are ready. We show the property, explain what we know about the neighborhood, and then just let the person think it over for themselves. Sometimes people come in just to ask us about the current prices in the area or what the neighbors are like. We do not mind sharing what we know over a cup of tea. The office can get a bit dusty with all the old files, and our ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it is our workspace and we like it. We know the owners around here and which houses have been sitting empty. If you are looking for a quiet spot, we might have something.
