Our spot is on Tonk Road, over in the Sanganer area. It’s a big, busy road, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Shiv Infra Project Pvt Ltd might sound like a big name, but we are actually just a local group working on property and infrastructure. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and dealing with the local authorities to get things approved. It’s not the most exciting work, but it needs to be done right. Tonk Road has changed so much since we first set up here. There are new buildings popping up every week. We try to keep our heads down and focus on our own work. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day checking on a site near the airport or further down the highway. The office usually has a few people coming in and out, mostly contractors or guys from the sites. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine; we just get tea from the stall at the corner. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of all the growth in Sanganer. There’s always another project to look at or some land that needs clearing. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting in traffic, but we are used to it now.
