Our place is located at 114/341 342 in the Sanganer Partap Nagar area. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something happening with the local property market. We mainly look after the various plots and houses around this specific patch. It involves a lot of walking and talking to different people every single day. We do not spend all our time sitting inside the office because that is not how you find out what is actually for sale. You have to be out there on the street, talking to the owners and seeing the actual condition of the buildings for yourself. The office is really just where we do the final negotiations and sign all the papers. It is a practical space with no fancy decorations, just enough room for a few people to sit and talk. We try to give everyone the real picture of what a property is like before they put any money down. If the road is too narrow for a car or the water pressure is a bit low, we will just say so. It saves everyone a lot of trouble and keeps things honest. We have been working in Sanganer for a long time and know the layout of these streets like the back of our hand. People come to us when they are tired of searching on their own.
