We are located at Creator'S Cabin, G-222 in the Riico Industrial Area. This is where we produce our incense sticks, which is why the whole area usually smells like perfume. It’s a busy industrial zone with lots of trucks moving around, so it’s always a bit noisy outside. Inside the factory, things are pretty simple. We have a few machines and tables where we sort and pack the sticks. Charbhuja Agarbati Co Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this unit for quite some time now. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the orders, especially when we are short-handed, but we manage. The floors are usually covered in a fine dust from the materials we use, so we have to sweep up constantly. We don't have a fancy office for visitors, so most people just come to the main floor to talk to us. It’s a very hands-on business and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing, we just focus on the manufacturing part of things. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time and know the routine. It’s hard work, and the heat in the summer can be tough inside the building, but we just keep going. It’s an honest living and we are glad to be part of the industrial community here.
