Shekawat Motor Driving School

Our place in Murlipura has been here for a good while now. We are right in the heart of the 302034 area in Jaipur. It’s not a fancy office with glass doors or anything, just a simple room where we keep our files and meet the students. We started this because we saw a lot of people in the neighborhood struggling to learn on their own. Driving in Jaipur is getting harder every year with all the new bikes and cars on the road. We have a couple of vehicles that we use for the lessons. They aren't brand new, but they are well-maintained and perfect for someone who is just learning how to use a clutch. We spend a lot of time on the side streets of Murlipura before we even think about going near the main roads. My brother and I usually handle most of the teaching ourselves. We don't use any complicated manuals or long lectures. We just get you in the driver’s seat and start with the basics. Some people are very nervous at first, which is completely normal. We just sit there and tell them to breathe and take it slow. Sometimes the car stalls in the middle of a busy junction, and that’s okay too. We just start it up again and keep going. It’s just how things are when you are learning something new. We’re here every day, usually starting very early before it gets too hot.
