Our place is over at Plot Number 1 in the New Indra Puri Colony, which is near the Brahampuri area. We are quite close to Baba Bhawan, so that is the landmark we usually give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. It is a bit of a mix of residential and small businesses around here. We deal with spare parts and various services, mostly for machinery and vehicles that people bring by. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going. The shelves are mostly filled with boxes of gaskets, valves, and all the small bits that people find hard to track down in the bigger stores. We started out small and just kept adding more stock as we saw what people in the colony were asking for. Some days are just spent sorting through inventory or helping someone figure out why a part doesn't fit quite right. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a lot of practical knowledge and having the right tools on hand. The morning starts with us opening up the shutters and checking what needs to be delivered or picked up. It gets a bit busy around lunchtime when people are out and about. We usually have a bit of a chat with the regulars who stop by for a minute. It’s a honest way to earn a living, just helping folks get their equipment back in working order without a lot of fuss or complicated processes that you see in the bigger city shops.
