You can find us over at Plot Number 16 in Sitabari. We are quite close to the Morani Motors showroom. Sharma Group is basically a small family operation. We have been in this location for many years. We have some heavy machinery for our industrial work, so it gets quite noisy during the day. We have a team of about fifteen people who work with us. Some are in the production area and some handle the deliveries. I spend most of my time in the office trying to make sure everything is scheduled correctly. The office isn't very big and it’s filled with old files and samples. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place to get the work done. The neighborhood is full of other small workshops and businesses. We know all the people who work on this street. Sometimes we borrow tools from each other if something breaks down. It’s a good community to be part of. We aren't interested in becoming some huge corporation. We just want to do our job well and take care of our employees. Some days are long and tiring, especially when we have a big shipment to get out. We just put our heads down and work until the job is finished. Then we lock up and go home to our families. It is just the way we live and work here.
