Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited

This place is the Jaipur Hospital on Tonk Road, over in the Lal Kothin area. It’s a bit different from a small neighborhood clinic because we are part of Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Limited. It sounds like a big corporate name, but on the ground here, we are just a hospital trying to take care of people who are unwell. We’ve got different departments and a lot of rooms. Tonk Road is always busy with traffic, so there are always people coming in and out of the main entrance. We do some research here too, which keeps things interesting for the staff. It’s not just about seeing patients; we also look into better ways of doing medical things. The building is quite large and can be a bit confusing if you’re here for the first time. We have signs up to help people find their way to the right floor or the right lab. It gets pretty hectic during the day with doctors and nurses moving around constantly. We try to keep a friendly vibe even when it’s stressful. The waiting areas have plenty of benches, though they fill up fast in the mornings. It’s an old institution in Jaipur and a lot of folks have been coming here for years. We aren't perfect, and sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but we do the work and care about the people. It’s just a big hospital where we try our best.
