We’ve been at 10-C/ 115 Vasundhara for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Ghaziabad. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. deals with a lot of construction work, mostly keeping things moving on site. People walk in and out all day. Sometimes the U.P. traffic outside is loud, but we get used to it. The office isn't anything fancy. Just desks, computers, and maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time checking drawings and talking to contractors on the phone. It gets pretty dusty when there's work nearby. Most of us have been here long enough to know the local tea stall by heart. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy posters. We just show up, do the paperwork, and head out to the sites. Managing big projects takes a lot of coordination. There’s always someone looking for a file or a signature. It’s just how things go in a place like Vasundhara. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high. It’s a working office, not a showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea or arguing over a blueprint. That’s just the daily routine for us here in Ghaziabad. We handle the heavy lifting of the business from this little corner of the city. It’s practical work. No bells and whistles, just everyday construction management stuff that needs doing.
