You can find us at Shree Ram Plaza, right across from the ICICI Bank here in Shahpura. It’s a good spot because everyone in town knows where the bank is. We deal with mobile phones and all the accessories that go along with them. Most of our days involve fixing cracked screens or helping people understand how their new devices work. It’s a small shop, but we keep it busy from the time we open. There are always people coming in with a broken phone or a battery that won't hold a charge anymore. We do our best to get things back to them quickly because nobody likes being without their phone for very long. The plaza can get a bit loud on market days when there are more people around. We have a simple counter where we do most of the repair work. Sometimes it's just about selling a new charger or a plastic case. We’ve been in Shahpura for a while and see a lot of the same people coming back. It’s nice to have regular customers who trust us with their electronics. We don't have any big corporate rules, we just talk to people and see what they need. It’s honest, daily work. The shop can feel a bit crowded when a few people are inside at the same time. We just keep our tools ready and work through the repairs. It is just a basic local shop for phone needs.
