Shahpura Motor Body Engg. Work

We are located right across from the Durgapura Railway Station at number 378. Being Shahpura Motor Body Engg. Work means we spend most of our time out in the yard or in the main workshop. You can hear the trains passing by all day long while we work on the truck and car bodies. It’s a dusty job, and we usually have grease on our hands or clothes. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The station is a helpful landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of metal, welding tools, and heavy frames sitting around the floor. We handle the big stuff that comes in. My team and I just focus on getting the shapes right and making sure the metal holds up for the long haul. It's honest work and it keeps us moving. Sometimes the weather makes it real tough, especially when it’s raining hard and we’re trying to move heavy parts around the yard. We don’t really do any advertising, people just see the sign when they get off the train or drive past the station area. 378 is our spot. We start early and usually finish up when the sun goes down in the evening. There’s always another motor body needing attention or a frame that needs straightening. We don't use big fancy machines for everything. A lot of it is just manual labor and knowing where to hit the steel to get it right.
